The Ideal University Classroom

At her University Diaries weblog, Margaret Soltan lays out some ideal characteristics of teacher-student interactions over the course of a term. There is much to admire in this post. And I agree that these interactions are best conducted in three dimensions, not two. There’s a push-and-pull in dialogue that’s possible in flesh, but hampered by online communication. – TL
