So the Oregon State University football team is good. They received an invitation to a post-season game this year: they play Maryland in the Emerald Bowl.
One might safely assume that the team is quite vigorous, full of energy. Their mascot is the Beaver—but in the plural. According to NCAA rules, there must be at least 22 of them in activity at any one time.
Do you think the virility and numbers of OSU’s Beavers caused this?
